Dental clinics often run on a patchwork of spreadsheets and disconnected tools to manage patients, appointments, and staff — leading to double-bookings and no single source of truth. I built OmnidentAI CRM to fix that: a role-based dashboard where admins, dentists, and front-desk staff each get the exact view and permissions they need, with real-time updates so every booking and status change reflects instantly across the team.

Cleaning Service Marketplace (Multi-Role Booking Platform)

Service businesses with more than one type of user usually end up duct-taping three separate tools together. I designed a single platform that handles all roles natively — job assigners post and manage jobs, contractors accept and complete them, and admins oversee everything — with Stripe handling payments end-to-end.

AI Document Assistant (RAG-Based PDF Q&A Tool)

Built an AI-powered document assistant that lets users upload PDFs and ask questions about their content instead of manually searching through pages. The pipeline handles parsing, chunking, and embedding documents into a vector store, then retrieves the most relevant chunks to answer queries — a practical implementation of retrieval-augmented generation (RAG). When OpenAI's embedding API hit billing limits mid-project, I pivoted to running embeddings locally with Ollama (all-MiniLM) instead of stalling the project — kept it fully functional with zero ongoing API cost.
